MMBA is very proud to announce that Coach Kevin Lee has accepted the position of Head Coach of the 17U High Performance team for 2027.

With over eight years of coaching experience spanning Select and Elite levels, Coach Lee has a proven track record of developing talent and preparing players for the next stage of their competitive careers.

Coach Lee believes in teaching baseball at its highest technical and strategic level. His approach focuses on preparing players to compete with confidence, execute fundamental skills under pressure, and understand the nuances of the game. However, his ultimate goal is to use this platform to teach lessons that extend far beyond the dugout.

He emphasizes playing the game with unwavering respect—for the sport, for opponents, and for teammates. By fostering a culture of accountability and hard work, he challenges his players to take ownership of their development while remembering that baseball is, at its core, a game meant to be enjoyed.
