MMBA is very proud to announce that Coach Steve Aguiar has accepted the position of Head Coach of the 16U High Performance team for 2027. Coach Aguiar brings over seven years of competitive coaching experience to the field and has been a head coach for the past four seasons.

This experience has allowed him to support players at key stages of their development and help guide them along their individual baseball paths. Coach Aguiar is focused on creating a training and game environment where players are challenged, supported, and encouraged to take ownership of their growth.
