The 2021 Milton Minor Baseball Association (MMBA aka BaseballMilton) Administrative Year will end on October 31, 2021 and the 2022 MMBA Administrative Year will commence on November 1, 2021. In preparation for this transition, our Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday October 2, 2021 at 10:00 am via Zoom.
At this meeting Executive Positions (President, 1st Vice-President, 2nd Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary) will be available for nomination and election as well as sixteen director positions.
It should be noted that the current board has been understaffed throughout the 2021 Admin Year with only 16 out of the 21 available seats being filled. Moreover, 12 out of those 16 spots are held by non-parent members, ie 12 out of 16 board members do not have any kids actively playing with MMBA. While non-parent board members, much like non-parent coaches, can be beneficial in their ability to be objective, they should not be the majority.
This is a call to all parents to consider getting more involved with our association and to consider joining the MMBA Board of Directors. There are a number of roles on the board available to assist with including House League Management, Player Development, Rep Team Administration, Sponsorship Administration, Special Events (Photo Day, Champ Day), Social Media and Website Admin, and more!

Even if you are not interested in a board position but are still interested in finding out what’s going on with BaseballMilton, you still absolutely welcome to attend! We will be sending out Zoom details a few days prior to the AGM.
